Welcome to Health Fair 11
Health Fair 11 challenges you to take charge of your health! We are dedicated to improving the lives of people in our community. Our projects include free or low-cost health screenings, health education initiatives, coordinating and hosting blood drives, and a traditional-style health fair at the Minnesota State Fair.
Who We Are
Health Fair 11 is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with a vision of creating healthier communities through collaborative outreach. We seek out businesses, professional groups, and other nonprofit organizations to work together to improve the health of the people living in our communities.
Our Mission
Health Fair 11's mission is to provide health care education, materials for consumers, and free or low cost screenings to members of our community. We will help people re-engage with their healthcare journey so that we all may prosper.
Our organization was incorporated in 1987 under the official name of Minnesota Health Fairs, Inc. “Health Fair 11” is used for most business purposes.
An all-volunteer Board of Directors provides project input and administrative oversight. Our Executive Director works closely with other community organizations and sponsors to develop and execute projects. We all share a commitment to improve the health of people living in our community.

Harnessing the power of our media partner to educate our community and raise awareness of timely health issues.
